PHOTOS RIGHTS AND POLICY

The price for a virtual tour is paid as a licensing fee to Picture Perfect, LLC. All virtual tours and photos therein are intellectual property of Picture Perfect, LLC and are retained after sale of the property. Resale of photos is prohibited. However, Picture Perfect, LLC assigns all right, title, and interest, including copyrights and all intellectual property rights, in photographs to the broker for the life of the listing agreement and agrees to execute any further documents which may reasonably be necessary to affect this assignment. After the life of the listing agreement all rights revert back to Picture Perfect, LLC.
